Returns & Shipping

Returns & Exchanges

We will exchange any wine if you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your order,

the cost of returning your order and the new delivery cost will be at your expense. We

will not however offer any refunds.

If your order is damaged or you receive the wrong wine in your order then please let us

know straight away. We will replace the item once the wrong wine has been delivered

back to us, and will rebate you for any delivery costs incurred.

Returns due to Faulty / Corked Wines

If you open a wine and believe it to be faulty or corked then please contact us straight

away, you will need to retain the bottle and the contents as well as the stopper, so we

are able to examine the wine once it has been delivered back to us.

Please note that faulty wines can only be returned and credited up to 60 days from your

receipt of the order.

Following inspection, we will refund the cost of wine immediately if there is a genuine

fault, we will not refund a purchase because you did not like the wine.

Shipping

We use APC as our delivery partner and pack the wines in high quality packaging, if your

wine delivery arrives with any damage then please notify us straight away, we may

require photographic evidence of this to assess the damage. Following assessment, we

will endeavour to get the replacement out to you as soon as possible.

If you receive the incorrect wine with your order then please let us know straight away,

we will organise the return and there will be no charge to you. We will then send out the

correct wine as soon as possible.
