Terms & Conditions

Events

Event tickets must be paid for in advance, your ticket is not confirmed until payment has

been made. Tickets cancelled less than 72 hours before the event are non- refundable.

Bookings / Tastings

 Standard bookings and tastings cancelled less than 48 hours before the booked date will be charged in full. We require a credit card details to guarantee your bookings, the card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is activated. 

Group Bookings

 For groups of 10+ we will require full payment to confirm the booking, cancellation of less than 1 week will be non-refundable. 

Private Hire

 For any private hire event, a deposit of the hire charge will be needed to guarantee the booking. We will require full payment of any food and prearranged beverage choices 1 month prior to the event.
