Rich and sweet, Oppie Solder 'Bakkies' delivers notes of caramel, sultana, with a touch of bruléed smokiness. This straw wine is made entirely of ripe Viognier grapes which are dried on straw mats for several weeks to concentrate the sugar and acidity. Only 576 bottles were rescued for Richard Kelley MW, The Liberator collection.
